The "18" is packaged in a richly finished mahogany box of 18 cigars, with elegant gold embossing. The cigar is available in three sizes: Robusto (5 x 50), Toro (6 x 46), and Churchill (7 x 50). The keystone retail price for the "18" is $3.60-$4.30.

Cusano is offering an introductory promotional campaign: retailers who purchase three boxes of each of the three sizes of cigars will receive a free double humidor containing 36 cigars and powered by Cusano's own Evermoist humidification system.

The Churchill (7 x 48), Exquisito (6 x 38), and Corona Fina (5 x 42) join the previously existing Consul (5 1/2 x 52) and Corona Gordo (6 1/2 x 46) shapes. Elogio is hand made using fine long filler tobaccos entirely from Nicaragua. The result is a medium bodied smoke with no bite and a wide variety of complex flavors. Cigars are packaged in cedar boxes of five or 25 cigars.

The cigar's filler is a blend of deeply aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos, with a choice of either a natural Connecticut shade or Connecticut broadleaf maduro wrapper. La Tradición Exclusivo is packaged in boxes of 25 cigars and is available in six sizes: Eminencia (6 x 44); Esplendido (7 x 40); Epicure (5 x 50); Generoso (6 x 52); Monarca (7 x 54); and Maravilla (6 x 54).

Described as a creamy, medium-bodied cigar, La Tradición Exclusivo joins the ISOM, Genuine Counterfeit Cuban, and Genuine Pre-Embargo Counterfeit Cuban in the category of cigars made exclusively for JR Cigar by Tabacalera Perdomo.

The cigar's launch will be preceded by several promotional cigar rolling events at JR's New Jersey stores, as well as a "cyber-rolling" event on their website.

Perez-Carrillo has announced plans to create other limited edition Serie R frontmarks in the next few years that will only be available during the year of their issue.

Available in two flavors - cherry and vanilla - the small cigars measure 4 x 28, rolled with a blend of mild, imported filler tobaccos from Indonesia, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic, and a homogenized tobacco binder. The vanilla cigars are wrapped in Sumatra leaf, while the cherry cigars offer a Connecticut shade wrapper.

Candlelight Gentle Se-oritas are packaged in boats of 25, and are individually sealed in an aluminum packaging system that ensures freshness and protects the cigars from damage when carried individually.

"The popularity of smokeless forms of enjoying tobacco has jumped recently, and top-quality flavored nasal snuff is sharing in the Renaissance," said FGTW president Philip Wynne. "Our Ozona Raspberry's American success has prompted us to introduce Ozona Cherry."

FGTW calls the Ozona flavors "fresh and fruity," saying the ripe-fruit flavors are in delicate balance with the chilling sensation of menthol. The result of FGTW's joint venture agreement with Pöschl Tabak, the third-generation German family-owned maker of luxury tobacco products, Ozona Cherry and Raspberry snuffs are available to retailers in a combo shipper/shelf display unit, in lots of 5gm tins. Suggested retail pricing for both is $2.80, at keystone discount.

In addition, Habana Cuba is now making the popular Long Lady (petite corona) size available in Cherry flavor, joining the existing Honey-Sweet, D'Vanilla, Chocolate, Cinnamon, Peach, and Orange. All sizes in the line - Maestro (Torpedo), Coroneles (Churchill), Dos Perez (Lonsdale), Reyes (Corona), Toro, and Tango (Figurado) - are also now available in D'Vanilla flavor.
