Cigar Style, A Cigar Journey

British journalist Nick Foulkes has compiled a list of great moments in cigar history, and tells the story of the cigar from Cuba to Churchill, and beyond. Opening with a personal anecdote by Tom Ozgener, president of CAO Cigars, and containing pictures of famous actors and celebrities with their stogies, Cigar Style follows Foulkes’ journey across the globe and inside his own head, exploring the rituals and nuances acquired by cigar smokers all over the world. According to the publisher, “To ignite a cigar - to watch the glossy tobacco transmute into silvery ash and blue smoke and to savor its complex and lingering flavors - is to practice a ritual that has been performed for centuries by kings and courtesans, prime ministers and presidents, authors and artists.” Cigar Style is a 6 x 8 1/2 inch hardcover and retails at $18.95.

The clear cases let you know when to refill, and ordinary tap water can be used to recharge the units. The Humi-Brik works for up to 250 cigars, while the Humi-Disc works for 50, and both have magnets on the back to hold them firmly in place.
